We have developed real estate investments in Commercial Properties including Office buildings, Executive Offices, Office Condominiums, Retail Space, Industrial and Warehouse Space and we manage them as well. We also provide professional property management services to owners of Residential Properties including Rental Houses, Individual Rental Condominiums, Apartments and Condominium Owner Associations. Dorbandt Realty, LLC offers full service sales and marketing of Commercial-Investment and Residential Properties. Through our network and associations we can offer professional, effective and efficient marketing services for your property.

Leasing:
Our leasing services are included as part of our Property Management Services, or they are offered on a Lease Only basis. These services include:

• Evaluating market conditions in relation to your property's rental value. 
• Listing your property on our website. 
• Placement of weekly advertising in the appropriate publications. 
• Showing your property to prospective tenants. 
• Strict tenant screening including computerized credit and criminal background check, as well as employment and evictions history, prior to acceptance. 
• Executing lease agreement and other required documents. 
• Collecting first month's rent and security deposits. 
• Providing a move-in walk through inspection report.

 

Efficient Leasing:
In order to maximize the pool of available tenants, Dorbandt Realty, LLC maintains membership in the National Association of Realtors, the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico and cooperates with local brokers.
