Branigan Cultural Center
Local history and art museum from local and regional artists. Featured displays include photographs, toys, beds and more from Las Cruces' early years. Exhibits offer details about the past of Las Cruces. Offering a large collection of Victorian items including costumes, accessories, household items, textiles, portraits, dolls and more.

Las Cruces Museum of Fine Art & Culture
Featuring art exhibits from local, regional and national artists. Multicultural activities include reader's theater. Building was recently renovated in 1999. Many exhibits and events take place through out the year. Two floors of artwork are on display for the public.

New Mexico Rail Road Museum
Artifacts, photographs, art, music and memorabilia that pertain to railroading in New Mexico are on display at this museum. The museum is open on Saturdays.

White Sands Missile Range Museum
Learn the history of America's most powerful weapons, such as the atomic bomb, missiles and also space activity. View a variety of real missiles, over fifty items can be viewed. Open year round, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm weekdays and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed Holidays. Admission is free. Purchase memorabilia from the gift shop.
New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum
Nestled with a perfect view of the Organ mountains is the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum. In the main gallery, "Tools and Traditions" is a diverse showing of tools used years ago to cultivate New Mexico's farmland. Milking demonstrations are held twice daily at the dairy barn. Longhorn cattle, churro sheep, goats and Jerusalem donkeys also are displayed. Wildflower garden an apple orchard and crops. Next to the blacksmith shop is a 21' Chicago Aeromotor Windmill is pulling a 2000-pound counter weight.
